PROJECT 898: KISSIMMEE, FL
This project was a complete design package for a two-floor, 3BD/2BA property in Kissimmee, Florida, owned by international clients with established investment properties in Europe, now opening their first one in the USA. Our aim was to maximize capacity without sacrificing style, increasing the number of beds to nine, while creating a chic, comfortable space that appeals to both adults and children.
We avoided overbearing themes or gimmicks to ensure a timeless, market-ready look. The scope included sourcing a local contractor, renting storage space, managing all furniture logistics, overseeing installation day, and staging the property for professional photographs. The result is a versatile, inviting home that attracts higher-paying guests and photographs beautifully for listings.
PROJECT 407: ORLANDO, FL
This virtual design project was for an established vacation rental that had started to get overlooked by guests due to increased competition in the area. The client recognized it was time for a change, and we completely reimagined the interiors to stand out in the market.
Every element, from furniture and décor selections to layout and styling tips, was provided to the client to achieve the exact look. The result is a refreshed, guest-ready space that photographs beautifully and draws more attention in listings. Although we don’t always get images of the transformations we wish all our clients the best!
PROJECT 398: DOWNTOWN MIAMI, FL
This was a full interior design package for a studio unit in The Elser, the first Airbnb-ready building in Miami. The client faced a unique challenge: competing with established Superhosts in a building where nearly every unit was furnished exactly the same. Our goal was to create a standout space without any renovations.
Using only wallpaper and carefully curated decorative items, we transformed the look and feel of the property. The results spoke for themselves, the unit shifted from a vacation rental to a short-term rental, securing a one-year contract at $3,600 per month.
PROJECT 500: AVENTURA, FL
This was a remote design package for an established Airbnb in Aventura, Florida, whose owners had the time to personally oversee the contractors and manage furniture logistics. The goal was to give the property a fresh new look to increase the nightly rate, starting with the two bedrooms as part of a gradual, step-by-step renovation plan.
To make the process seamless, we provided complete floor plans, direct links to all items, and the exact quantities of wallpaper needed, ensuring everything was easy to execute. The result was two stylish, comfortable spaces that photographed beautifully, set a cohesive tone for the rest of the home, and positioned the property to stand out in a competitive market.
