Hi! I am Claudia Asaad

I’m an interior designer, I love traveling and my passion is helping people like you, achieve your goals in the BNB sector through strategic design. Five years into my career, after having worked with companies in Colorado and Miami, I decided to open my own business with everything I had learnt. I wanted to create impactful designs!

My first big residential project came with a well-established couple; it was everything I had been waiting for! Renovation, layout changes, decoration… I was overjoyed. At the end of the project, I received an unrealistic review that had nothing to do with the project’s goals. This led me to create a service designed for clients who experience the same issues.

I connected with the idea that my focus should be on guest satisfaction and usability, that I was good at making strategic decisions to enhance each property, and that the reviews of places I visited while traveling gave me clues to understand guests’ needs. I put into practice what I had learned as both a designer and a guest, and my first Airbnb project went from being rented for 1 month to 12 consecutive months!

My client was thrilled; he couldn’t believe it. That building was the first in Miami dedicated to STR and Airbnb, competing with hundreds of properties. That’s how I created my Guest Magnet method. With my method, my clients move out of the competition equation and into the sum of successful, profitable properties with reviews that give meaning to what they do.

The positive impact on my clients, who share the same passion I do, has been the best thing to happen in my career.
